Today an American Photographer contacted me on InterPals and asked my DeviantArt page link...Then he came back to write A N D....
THIS TOTALLY MADE MY DAY:
"Wow!! What a variety of photos. I am not too inspired by many of your Zombie style photos...but of course that is just me.
Many of your self-portraits are very original in design and are photographically very interesting.
Being a landscape/nature/macro photographer, the part of your gallery that i found totally enjoyable were your landscape pictures.
You have an excellent eye and your compositions are extremely good. For example, in the "Dying Sun" most people would concentrate on just the beautiful sunset without putting anything interesting in the foreground. The fence adds so much to that photo. The "London leaves" photo is one of the best I've seen of London. As I tell my students, everyone photographs the parliament buildings, how will you make yours different. Your wonderful depth of field allows the viewer to see the Parliament buildings in a much more interesting way.
i love your use of negative space in the "Eye of London". I have over 40 hours of study in zen photography and enjoy the use of negative space in such a positive way.
Other photos that I liked were the place where you live and the "Valid Reason", which had such nice composition to it.
Due to a recent injury, I can not sit for extended periods right now so I only made it through the first two pages of the gallery and then scanned briefly the other pages. I bookmarked the gallery and will return to see some of the other photos as well as the ones that I really liked sometime in the future.
It was an honor to see your gallery. Thank you for sending me the URL. I didn't make any comments on the site because I needed to register to do that. I try to limit the number of places that I register to see photos due to a lack of time.
Thanks again!!!! I hope you are still awake after this long message."
